2010 Objectives:  Ironman 70.3 Kansas, Ironman 70.3 Boulder, Ironman 70.3 Austin (Goal is to break 5:45 at the 70.3 distance), Boulder Triathlon Series, Harvest Moon Aquabike, Crescent Moon Triathlon.  Would like to do some Time Trial bike racing, too! I will also be doing Ironman Coeur d'Alene in 2011.

Unique information or story about you :  I started out as a runner. I bought my first bike in 1984 and became addicted to triathlon racing. The bike leg has always been my strength, especially flat courses. In Florida I was always first off the bike, but since moving to Colorado I've had to learn to like hill climbing. I no longer get dropped as quickly on hills, but I've still got a long way to go. I've competed in 3-10 triathlons per year over the past 25 years, including 5 Ironmans (Ironman Coeur d'Alene 2005, 2006 & 2008, Ironman Canada 1999 and Ironman Arizona 2009.) 

Most embarrassing (race) moment:  During a triathlon back in the late 80's, I put my aero helmet on backwards with the point in front. Feeling like an idiot, I quickly turned it around, but not before my brother snapped a picture of me. We've had many laughs about it since!
