Defined Fitness Training, LLC manages the TREADS.COM/DFT elite women's cycling team, multisport team, and club.

Defined Fitness Training, LLC was formed in 1999.  From 1999-2004, DFT provided personal training services, aerobic instruction and general fitness counseling.  In 2005, the business transitioned into an athletic coaching service, and now manages a competitive cycling and multisport team.
