Marisa Asplund


Marisa's multisport career is off to a great start!  After just a few races, Marisa received her pro card and will race 2010 as a pro triathlete when she's not racing on the road team.

2010:

-1st place duathlon Championships!! 

-5th place, Desert Duathlon (pro)

1st place overall, Deuces Wild Show-Low, AZ triathlon

1st place overall, Kansas 70.3 Ironman

Defined Fitness Training, LLC was formed in 1999.  From 1999-2004, DFT provided personal training services, aerobic instruction and general fitness counseling.  In 2005, the business transitioned into an athletic coaching service, and now manages a competitive cycling and multisport team.
