While Liza will spend a good chunk of her 2010 season abroad, when she's in the States, she'll be racing and directing our team from the team car or from inside the race! 

Former assistant director of TIBCO and director sportif of SugarCRM, Liza brings a lot of experience and insight to our team in 2010. 


 
Defined Fitness Training, LLC manages the TREADS.COM/DFT elite women's cycling team, multisport team, and club.

Defined Fitness Training, LLC was formed in 1999.  From 1999-2004, DFT provided personal training services, aerobic instruction and general fitness counseling.  In 2005, the business transitioned into an athletic coaching service, and now manages a competitive cycling and multisport team.
