Strengths: Ability to guide new athletes through the tactics of a race as it unfolds, as well as helping with preparation and guidance. I perform in  Criteriums or one day European races.

Weaknesses: Trying to seize every opportunity.

Objectives: Most of all i am devoted to helping women race their bikes, whether they want to race at the highest level on the NRC circuit, or upgrade from a 4 or a 3 into the elite category.

Favorite Race: Giro Della Toscana, Giro Trentino, Trophee D'Or, Liberty Classic, Vuelta El Salvador

Career Highlights: Although I have an NRC win and a few UCI podiums, as well as worked for Kristin Armstrong, Laura Van Gilder and Brooke Miller when they have won consistently, there is nothing better than seeing an up and coming teammate achieve beyond their goals. When you can devise a plan with your teammates to figure out how to beat the stronger outfits, and then put it to use and it works, those are the times that I enjoy racing the most. Working in 2009 with SugarCRM I was delighted every time one of my young teammates worked according to plan or delivered a result in a race.

Admirable Athlete: Trish Downing, I did my first stage race with her in 2000.  She has a wonderful personality and come a long ways since her accident. Also, Kristin Armstrong has excellent insight and advice for upcoming professionals and aspiring riders. All my Bootcamp attendees or developing riders that put in a good effort to improve their fitness and performance.

Unique Information: You will find out when you know me.

Most Embarrassing Moment: Having a strapless dress tear open in the chest at a college dance, either I gained too much weight over the summer, or was dancing like a  maniac.
