Unique information or story about you:
My wife, Pat, and I got into this for fitness. We started Megan’s spin classes last January with no looking back since. I just got a new road bike so I can keep up with those who are so equipped. I do like to ride my mountain bike though and Pat and I ride around the Green Mountain area, including Bear Creek Park. I don’t run much, but I do swim like a fish. As far as races go, I haven’t done any but we’ll see what the future holds.
Most embarrassing (race/training) moment: I can be rather clumsy but don’t get too embarrassed about it.
Results/achievements I am proud of: I’m really pleased that Pat and I have stuck with our fitness program and the progress we have made with Megan’s help and enthusiasm.
