Objectives: Learn how to be part of a road racing team and how to road race. I would also like to build up a running base over the winter and see if I could improve my duathlon performance.

Admirable athlete: My husband, John, because:
1) he is always able to maintain a positive attitude and give 110%
2) he has a tremendous enthusiasm and passion for biking (and life) no matter what the circumstances
Unique info or story: Can't think of anything specific right now, but my friends can probably come up with many "Jill" stories
Most embarrassing moment: I raced my 1st 'cross race on a borrowed bike in the Men's Cat 4 class at the UCI Boulder race. There were ~100 guys in the race so I lined up at the very back. When we got to a sand pit that everyone was running through, I thought that my MTB skills were probably far superior to the guys around me at the back of the pack. In an effort to show them all how to ride, I promptly did a huge endo and faceplant!
